Ellen Sitkin

Early in Ellen’s career, she worked at The American Museum of Natural History in New York City, building exhibition halls and dioramas alongside a multidisciplinary team of scientists, educators, writers, set builders, and painters.

Drawing from her experience working in start-ups and product design, Ellen brings an agile, collaborative approach to making ideas real. She first partnered with Dominic Randolph and Riverdale in creating the Design Thinking for Educators toolkit while a consultant at IDEO.

Ellen works with both Riverdale and PLUSSED to translate their missions and values into powerful visual languages. For their respective brand identities, she drew from the worlds of art and design to create a modern aesthetic rooted in historical graphic traditions.
