Laura Sitkin

Laura has spent 25 years supporting teams, organizations, and institutions in education. Her experience advancing organizational strategy and policy and developing programs and projects informs her work on PLUSSED’s publications, proposals, tools, and website.

After finishing her master’s degree in language and literacy at Harvard Graduate School of Education, Laura provided support for K-12 educators in pedagogical training modules for critical thinking skills at WIDE World, an initiative of HGSE’s Project Zero. She also supported graduate students, teachers, and artists at the Hemispheric Institute of Performance & Politics at New York University.

Laura joins PLUSSED following a decade at the Social Science Research Council in New York, where she managed the office of the executive director and special projects in the office of the president.
